Ginger has worked with residential and business clients in Connecticut and Rhode Island. She has worked as an Executive Associate to Corporate Vice Presidents and as a Virtual Assisting Project Manager for a consulting firm in Pennsylvania. Ginger has owned and operated a successful catering business in addition to many other entrepreneurial businesses. She edited a cookbook for the Mystic Seaport, preparing and testing every recipe for taste and accuracy, while submitting reworded copy, in a specified format, to the Seaport's graphic designers.
